Can I import my existing members?
Yes. Upload a simple spreadsheet of dancers per troupe. Anything twirlr can’t match is shown for you to check.
How are age groups worked out?
From each dancer’s date of birth, against the cut-off date in your rules. They update on their own each season.
Who can edit a dancer’s details?
Teachers can edit their own dancers. Changes to key details, like date of birth, come to you to approve.
Can troupes collect club fees?
Coming soon. Club fees: collect your troupe’s monthly training and kit fees by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with reminders sent for you and the money paid into your club’s own account.
